Hello beautiful people! This past weekend has been unforgettable! The gloomy weather that had been prevalent throughout the beginning of the week was replaced by glorious sunshine. Perfect timing for sure because I spent my weekend in South Beach, Miami. A conference took place in Fillmore Theater that was actually organized by the church I regularly attend: Vous Church. Words can’t describe how impacting this event was, and I mean that in a very positive way!

Today I just wanted to share a few tips for those who want to build a more active lifestyle. Although I’m not a personal trainer, I hope my experience in running several races, two of which were full marathons, will inspire you to build a foundation for a healthier lifestyle. I thought of this title for my article because we all start from somewhere.
